Allergen information

Speak to us before reserving
If you or anyone eating the food has an allergy or intolerance, call 07496 830410 before paying. Ingredients and accompaniments can change, so our team must confirm the current product and preparation information for your reservation.
Crustaceans
Crab, crab claws, crab legs, lobster, prawns, king prawns, crevettes and langoustines/scampi are crustaceans.
Molluscs
Mussels, mussel meat, cockles, winkles and whelks are molluscs.
Boils and platters
Our standard seafood boils contain both crustaceans and molluscs. Platters can contain both, depending on the selection. Crevettes are served shell-on and the standard boil's king prawns are peeled, but peeling does not remove the crustacean allergen.
Seasoning and accompaniments
Seasoning, sauces, garnish and accompaniments may vary. Ask our team for the written ingredient and allergen information for the exact products being supplied. Do not rely only on a previous reservation, photograph or social-media post.
Shared preparation environment
Seafood products are handled and prepared in the same working environment. Although we take food safety seriously, we cannot describe any product as free from traces of crustaceans or molluscs. Tell us about every allergy before reserving so we can explain what can and cannot be prepared safely.
At collection or delivery
Current allergen information will be available again when the food is collected or delivered. If anything differs from what was agreed, do not eat it and contact us immediately.
